Mr COX says he doesn't think the blow-out in the Millennium train costs had been factoredinto CityRail's claims for higher fare increases.
But he did say the Millennium train issue is part of the ticket cost base, althoughit's not something the tribunal had paid attention to.
The troubled Millennium train project will cost StateRail $114 million more than originallyexpected.
