Fed: Labor totally opposed to forward deployment of troops

BRISBANE, Jan 11 AAP - The federal opposition today said it was totally opposed toPrime Minister John Howard's decision to forward deploy troops to Iraq.
In his strongest statement yet on the issue, Labor's foreign affairs spokesman KevinRudd said Mr Howard's decision had undermined the bipartisan relationship the governmenthad enjoyed from the opposition to date.
